Many hands make light work. God has given each of us different gifts and talents. The church functions the best when we all pitch in! Here are some ways you could get involved.
Keykeeper
Open/close the building for services, turn on/off lights, heat, etc.
Lord’s Table
Help prepare and lay out the Communion Table for our services.
Coffee + Snacks
Preparing coffee and snacks, and keeping tabs on the food area. Cleaning up the table after the service.

Prayer
Be a part of a team that prays for specific needs that people have.
Events
Help set up and tear down the facility for special events and parties, and coordinate activities and food.
Food
Organize, prepare, and serve meals we eat together for special events and parties.
Greeters
Welcoming people at the door, writing name tags, answering questions from guests.

Band
Play an instrument or sing in the worship band.
Audio/Visual
Presenting song lyrics through the computer, or running the sound mixer during the service. Facilitating technical needs.

Building + Grounds
Facility maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, hedge trimming, landscaping.
Mowing coordinator: Keith
Transportation
Providing rides to church gatherings (and occasionally other appointments).
Habitat for Humanity
Use your construction abilities to help families in need of housing.

Pearl City Outreach
Collect and deliver donated goods like food and household necessities that will go to those in need.
Mobile Food Pantry
Pack and distribute food boxes once a month.
Youth
Mentoring, events, programming for young people.
Kids
Facilitate kids programs. Help prepare and maintain activity boxes for use during services.

Nursery
Wrangle the little ones in the nursery so Mom and Dad can have a break.
Special Needs
Caring for our special needs kids during services and events.

Iron (Men’s Ministry)
Help coordinate and serve in men’s ministry programs.

Women’s Ministry
Help coordinate and serve in women’s ministry programs.
Seasonal Decor
Decorating for Christmas and other holidays.
Coordinator: Tarah
Outreach + Missions
Supporting and participating in outreach projects, locally and globally.
Pro-Life Advocate
Remind the church to pray for and serve mothers and babies. Liaison between the church and the pro-life ministries we support.
Visiting
Visit people who are homebound or hospitalized and encourage them.
Building Up
In our services we give opportunity for members to give testimonies, a short teaching, a song, or to share something you are hearing from God that will build up the church.
Encouragement
A kind word, a letter or a note, a friendly nudge in the right direction, a hug, a smile, a listening ear.
Small Group Leaders + Hosts
Help lead a small group of people to gather together to build friendships and follow Jesus together. If you’re interested in starting a group, we have easy-to-lead curriculum that you can use.
